slope if line A is (8-2)/(-1 - -6)
(8-2)/(-1 + 6)
= 6/5
slope of line B is (6-5)/(-3 - -8) =
(6-5)/(-3+8) =
1/5

Find the slopes of both lines. If the slopes are the same, but not the y-intercept, they're parallel, if one is the negative reciprocal of the other they are perpendicular.01/09/19
