How many people entered the restaurant?

Hello, I would like help with an exercise.


Many people entered a restaurant,

If they sit in table of 6 places one person stays standing

If they sit in table of 8 places one person stays standing

If they sit in table of 10 places one person stays standing

How many person entered the restaurant, knowing that it's less than 200 persons?

Hello sir, thank you for your fast response the teacher used le modulo; n number of persons n-1=0 [6] n-1=0 [8] n-1=0 [10] than she did: n-1= k . 3. 5. 2^3 n-1=k.120 n=121 why did she used 5, 3 and 2^3 ?
