How can I factor and then graph -2x^2+8x+3

I need to factor and then graph this problem. I dont know if factoring is going to work though and you would need to use P/Q. Please help.

It cannot be factored. The x coordinate of the vertex will be at -b/2a = -8/-4 = 2. The y coordinate will be 11. The parabola is opening downward with x intercepts at the zeros which can be found using the quadratic formula:

(-8 +/- sqrt(64 - (-24)))/-4 = (4 +/- sqrt(22))/2

The graph will be a parabola with open in the negative direction and vertex pointing toward positive.
