Perimeter = 2 * Length + 2 * width and Length = 3*width - 4 = 3w-4

32 = 2 (3w-4) + 2w

32 = 6w - 8 + 2w

32 = 8w - 8

40 = 8w

w=5

Width is 5, length is 3(5)-4 = 15-4 = 11
