Need help finding the length and width

A rectangular patio has area of 180 square feet. The width of the patio is 3 feet less than the length. Find the length and patio

x^2 - 3x - 180 = 0

( X - 15)( X + 12 ) = 0

X+12 = 0 results in negative measures

X-15 = 0 ---> X = 15

Rectangle has length 15 and width 12
