This is probably an easy question, but im confused about it.

Eighteen equally spaced holes are to be drilled in a metal strip 968.75mm long, with 93.6mm remaining on each end from the center of the last hole to the edge of the metal l. What is the distance, to the nearest hundredth of a millimeter from center-to-center of two consecutive holes?

968.75 - 93.6 - 93.6 = 781.55

This is distance between center of holes at each end.

This distance is divided by 17 (18 holes have 17 spaces between)

What is that measure?
