A line passes through point . A second point on the line has an x-value that is 125% of the x-value of point  and a y-value that is 75% of the y-value of point . Use point  to write an equation of the line in point-slope form

i do not understand how i would write an equation for this

You have 2 points, which is all you need for a line

one point is (x,y) the 2nd is (1.25x, .75y)

y= (.75)/(1.25)x = (3/5)x

5y = 3x
