If you're dilating relative to the origin, then all you have to do is multiply all of your components by the scale factor.
v(6,2) → v'(12,4) and so on.
If you have a point other than the origin that you're dilating relative to, it's somewhat more complicated. Please comment if you have a dilation point and let me know what it is, and I can walk you through the steps.
