Between 6pm and 7pm, the hands of a clock make a nifty degree angle on two occasions. If Jenny always leaves home to walk her dog when the first ninety degree angle is formed, and arrived home when the second is formed, how much time, in hours, does Jenny spend walking her dog every week?

Okay, so between 6pm and7pm, the hands of the clock make 2 ninety degree angles twice....6:15 and 6:45.So, If Jenny leaves at 6:15 and comes home at 6:45, then she spends 30 minutes a night walking her dog. If she walks her dog 7 days a week, she walks it 30min x 7 = 210 minutes per week.

Now, divide that by 60 minutes/hour :

210 / 60 = 3 hrs 30 minutes per week.
