80t = (100)(t-1)
80t = 100t - 100
-20t = -100
t=5

asked 10/26/18Two cars left Sydney for Melbourne. The first car left at 2pm and averaged 80km/h. The second car left at 3pm and averaged 100km/h. At what time did the two cars meet?
(I can solve it the long was by addition, but I want to know a way that is faster)
