How do I construct a chart compares the structure and function of the five types of leukocytes and state the normal blood cell count for leukocytes

You can use Microsoft Word and create a chart with 6 rows and as many columns as you want.

The first row would be labeled leukocytes then each one after would be the specific leukocyte. The columns is where you include cell count, shape, purpose and you can create as many as needed.
