30 = 2*1.2w + 2*w

30 = 2.4w + 2w

30 = 4.4w

L = 1.2*w = 1.2 * 75/11

= (12/10)(75/11)

= (6/5)(75/11)

= 450/55

= 90/11

Perimeter is:
