October: $4200 + .18(4200) = $4,956

November: to get average (4200 + 4956)/2 = $4,578 now multiply this by 1.1 (to factor the 10% greater than the average) to get $5035.80 

 

Total: $4200 + $4956 + $5035.80 = $14,191.80 collected for all three months
