Sierra, this is easier than it looks.  If Craig had a one-time payment of $5.25, then paid $4 per game, we take our $5.25 and keep adding $4 until we reach almost $25.

 

One game costs $9.25.  Two games cost $13.25.  Three games cost $17.25.

 

Remember, he can't go OVER $25 because that's all he has.
