Your answer is correct, Justice!  One way to solve would be to set up a two step equation.  15x + 25 =85

 

x represents the number of shirts bought.  Subtract the cost of the jeans ($25) from her total amount ($85) and you will see she has $60 left to spend on shirts.  Divide $60 by $15 to find that she can buy 4 shirts for $60.
