Hi Treena, this one's probably easier than you think. It only looks complicated.
There are a number of ways you can simplify this but it's probably easier to start from the inside out.
First recognize that x^12/x^2 = x^10
and 21/7 = 3
then you have (3 x^10)^(-2)
which is the same as 1/(3 x^10)^2
which is also equal to 1/(3^2 x^(10*2))
finally this is equal to 1/(9 x^20)
