((21 x^12)/(7 x^2))^(- 2) simplyfy completely

Hi Treena, this one's probably easier than you think. It only looks complicated. There are a number of ways you can simplify this but it's probably easier to start from the inside out. First recognize that x^12/x^2 = x^10 and 21/7 = 3 then you have (3 x^10)^(-2) which is the same as 1/(3 x^10)^2 which is also equal to 1/(3^2 x^(10*2)) finally this is equal to 1/(9 x^20)
