4(x + x + 1 + x + 2) = 52
3x + 3 = 13
3x = 10
x = 10/3
Since x is not a whole number, there are not 3 consecutive multiples of 4 whose sum is 52.
Let's say x = 2, then they would be 8, 12, and 16.
Hope this helps!
