Ok, here is on possibility
-3x + 5 <= -2x +4 Adding 2x to both sides
+2x +2x
-x +5 <= 4 Subtracting 5 from both sides
-5 -5
-x <= -1 Multiplying by -1, LOOK AT WHAT HAPPENS TO THE SIGN OF THE INEQULITY !!!
x >= 1
There is a rule that states that if you multiply or divide an inequality by a negative number, you must switch the sign of the inequality.
