plot (0,2). which is the y-intercept
the slope is -3/4, so go down 3 and 4 to the right...
(4,-1) is where it stops....
do it again, from (4,-1) go down 3 and 4 to the right..
now it is at ( 8,-4)
to generate more points, keep going down 3 and 4 to the right...(adds 4 to x and subtracts 3 from y)
if you want to go backwards, go UP 3 and 4 to the left...( subtracts 4 from x and adds 3 to y)
the table of values is:

0 2
4 -1
8 -4
connect the dots in your table with a Dotted/dashed line , since in equality is "LESS than" <
Finally, we test the origin (0,0)
For x=y=0, the resulting statement is 0 < (-3/2)(0) + 2
0 < 0 + 2
