I saw this on a post yesterday googled the law of exponents and I can not be 100% sure that my answer is correct of this problem 3exp2-(-3exp2) Please help.

32-(-32)=32+32=9+9=18
subtracting a number is the same as adding its opposite

32-(-32)=32-(-9) (only 3 is being raised to the power of 2, not -3; if -3 is raised to the power of 2, then you would see
the following: (-3)2
32-(-9)
9-(-9)
9+9
18
