Let (1/2)x + 15 = the width

P = 2l + 2w

240 = 2(x) + 2[(1/2)x + 15]

240 = 2x + x + 30

210 = 3x

70 yd = x

(1/2)x + 15 = 35 + 15 = 50 yd
