"A line of x=a (where a is not zero) cannot have a y-intercept" is true.
1) x intercept would be (b,0) and b could be 0.
2) "A line of x=a (where a is not zero) cannot have a y-intercept" is true.
3) y intercept would be (0, a), although usually it is denoted by (0, b) since y = mx + b is the slope-(y) intercept formula.
4) A line with a zero slope will always have a y-intercept.
It would never have an x-intercept.
