Ok. First you need the point-slope formula for a line.
y-y1=m(x-x1) where m=slope
Using the points (1,10) (-3,2) we calculate the slope :
(10-2)/(1-(-3)) = 8/(1+3) = 2
So now you have y-y1=2(x-x1)
now substitute one of the points in the problem.
Using (-3,2) we get:
y-2=2(x+3)
Using (1,10), we get
y-10=2(x-1)
So answers C and D are both correct.
