Question regarding the understanding of a sentence

"the special bonus is subjected to 1) you being "active" in service through to retention date(Feb 2019) and 2) you have not resigned as of the effective date" - Does this sentence considers resignation as of that particular day or the history i.e., until that day

I think that the beginning of your question should say SUBJECT TO (not subjected).

With in option one, the word "to" should be deleted; within option two, it's unclear what the effective date is.

 

A good lawyer might have made this clearer!
