The question is a little too brief, but if you're asking what the total of all "ones" was, it's easy! Use the formula:
Part / Whole = % / 100
In this case, the 27 "red ones" make up only a part of everything, so it goes on top. When using the formula, do not write the percent sign; the 100 on the bottom is the sign in disguise.
27 / X = 60 /100
Cross-multiply, which is always the first step in these problems:
2700 = 60X
/60 /60
45 = X
