Most probably Tomas is right but I think a few more members needed to see the precise pattern. For example, one can suggest the following as well:

7, 2(7+1), 7+1, 3(7+1+1), 7+2, 4(7+1+2), 7+3,...

 

as

 

n, 2(n+1), n+1, 3(n+2), n+2,...

This series continues as 7, 16, 8, 27, 9, 38, 10, 49, 11, 60, etc.

There are 2 separate ideas happening for every other term...

7 to 8 to 9... increasing by 1

16 to 27 to 38... increasing by 11
