For an ideal gas PV = nRT and if the number of moles of gas (n) is constant, then PV/T = a constant.
So if V increases by 20% and T is decreased by 12% that's the same as (P)(1.2V)/0.88T = constant. The P would have to decrease to 0.733 or 73.3% of the original pressure., or the pressure would decrease 26.7%.
