You need to round to two decimal places. Look at the number in the 3rd decimal place.
If that number is 4 or less, just drop all numbers behind 2nd decimal place.
If that number is 5 or higher, round the 2nd decimal up by 1, then drop all the rest.

3rd decimal is 5. Round the 8 up by 1 to 9 and drop all the rest.
