The Ksp for CuI is 1.1×10^-12

Realize that as the NaI dissolves the I- reacts with both the Cu AND the Ag. You need to use the Ksp for AgI (not given) and the the Ksp for CuI to figure out the [Ag+] when the CuI begins to precipitate.
