You really need to spply the relevant Ksp values when you post these questions. We cannot answe precipitation problems without those values, and I’m too lazy to look them up.

Realize that as the NaI dissolves the I- reacts with both the Cu AND the Ag. You need to use the Ksp for AgI (not given) and the the Ksp for CuI to figure out the [Ag+] when the CuI begins to precipitate.
