Hi Frankie! I'd take two steps, first going from kg to lbs by multplying 2805 kg * 1 kg/2.2 lbs = 1275 lbs/km. Finally, you would go from km to ft, by multiplying 1275 lbs/km * 1 km/3280.84 ft = 0.39 lbs/ft.
Writing out the multiplication in boxes then canceling out the units was how I kept all this straight in my classes. Let me know if it helps!
