My hundreds digit is three times my unit digit, all of my digits are odd numbers, my thousands and tens digit are the same, the sum of all my digits is the quotient of 112÷8

The unit digit has to be 1 or 3 and the hundreds digit has to be 3 or 9.

 

If it's _3_1, it has to be 5351, and that's a ways off.

 

If it's _9_3, then it's 1913. I'm guessing that's the answer.
