You can't really "solve" the equation; however, you can solve for "y."
2x + 5y = 90
5y = -2x + 90
y = (-2/5)x + 18
The y-intercept is 18. So, you plot the point (0,18). The slope is -2/5. From the point (0,18) you go down two, 5 to the right and plot another point. Now, connect the two points.
