Imagine that there's a line formed at y = 2, or two units above the x-axis. What you need to do is essentially flip around the points on this axis.
Point J is two units above the this line (since J's y-value is 4), so Point J` is going to be two units below the y=2 line, making it (1, 0).
Let's also look at Point R. It's y-value is 1, and that's one unit below the y=2 line, so its reflective point will be one unit above, making Point R` at (2, 3).
These two examples should help you understand where Point A` is going to reside.
