If the top surface of a particular slice of pie is a sector of a circle with a vertex angle measuring 20 degrees and the length of the arc is 3.14π units, what is the perimeter(left in terms of π) of the top surface of the remaining pie if only that one slice is removed?

A sector's angle is called a CENTRAL angle.  Your mention of 3.14(pi) is ambiguous because that is approximately 9.8646, in decimal (and that may not be what you intend).

 

The answer will be 340/360 of the Circumference, plus 2 radii, added together. You just need to straighten out the information that reveals what the radius of the pie is.
