Compare it to what?
Look up the Ka for propanoic acid and then multiply it bi 0.1 and take the square root. That gives you the [H+]. Divide that by 0.1 and x100 to get % dissociation.
Ka = [H+][propanoate]/[propanoic acid]
Ka = (x)(x)/0.1
