It seems like there should be more to this problem than what you're stating, but maybe not.
Depending on what your teacher is expecting we can write this in two ways.
5 is a common factor of both 25 and 10, so we could write 25 + 10 = 5 x (5 + 2) and if we take this one step further we will have 25 + 10 = 5 x 7.
Or we could have added the 25 + 10 first to get 25 + 10 = 35, then factor 35 = 5 x 7.
Either way you get the same answer.
