My thoughts....
The shape is a description like...roughly mound shaped, or bimodal, or skewed right or almost uniform.... You look at the graph and describe it in words.
The spread can be described with the standard deviation and/or the range or the IQR. This would be a good place to talk about outliers if there are any.
Center is usually mean, median or mode....or some combination of them.
Finally, the normal distribution (bell curve) is a continuous distribution. Your data is not continuous. Consider something like a bar graph.
