(4x + 3)/(2 + x) = (5x + 41)/4        Cross multiply
5x2 + 51x + 82 = 16x + 12
5x2 + 35x + 70 = 0              Divide by 5.
x2 + 7x + 14 = 0
Now, use the quadratic formula to solve.
