The domain is the set of the x values that they are putting into the function. The range is the set of all the y values that are produced when those x values are used. So what you need to do is put those x values in and see what y is. The y's you get will be the range of the function.
So, for example, when you put in x = -1, you get
h(x) = 2 -2(-1) = 2 + 2 = 4. Do the same with all numbers listed for the domain and you have the range. List them with the set brackets around them.
