How do I solve this rate law problem?

For the reaction 2A+B==>C+D if the concentration of A is doubled, the reaction doubles. If the concentration of B is halved there is no change in the reaction rate. Determine the order of reaction with respect to each reactant and the overall order of reaction.

Write the rate law for the reaction.
