how do i simplify this:

(This is really hard for me so if you could explain step by step.

 

SIMPLIFY:

 

x + y / x - y + x / y - x - y / y^2 - x^2

Probably you can do this much

x + y / x - y + x / y - x - y / y^2 - x^2 

=-x² + (x-1)/y + (1/x-1)y=-x²+(x-1)/y - (x-1)y/x=

=(x-1)(1/y-1/x)-(x²-1)-1

or 

=(x-1)(1/y-1/x-(x+1))-1
