actually the ration of length to width is 3:1
LW = 193
W = (1/3)L
L(L/3) = 193
L2/3 = 193
L2 = 579
L = √579
L = 24.06
W = (1/3)(24.06) = 8.02
The rectangle is 24.06 by 8.02 ft
Do the 2nd problem the same way. :-)
