linda had 84 flyers to post around town. Last week she posted 1/3 of them. This week she posted 1/4 of the flyers. How many flyers has she not posted?

1/3 + 1/4 = 4/12 + 3/12 = 7/12

1-7/12 = 5/12

5/12 of 84 = (5/12)(84) = 35 left
