What is the equation. Can you tell me please.

An equation with the variable on each side of the equal signs, at least one fractional coefficient, and a solution of -6. Discuss the steps you used.

(-5/4)(-6) = 30/4 = 15/2
 
Equation:  (3/4)x = 2x + 30/4
