Surface measurements

During the summer, a rectangular indoor ice skating rink must be covered with square planks for insulation. The rink is 150 feet wide by 270 feet long. The square planks must be purchased in one foot increments and can have a side length no longer than 25 feet. What is the fewest number of square planks that can be used to completely cover the rink’s surface without any gaps or overhang?

Even though 30 is really the HCF, it cannot be used since you have the constraint of the side length being no more than 25 feet.
