I need help with a math problem

How would I get y=9x-18099 in an Elimination Problem? ( I really need help) - Thank you so MUCH!

I mean what numbers would I need to use in order to get y=9x-18099 as my answer using Elimination? I'm truly sorry for that bad English but this is a project and I really need this information.

I would still need more information. To use elimination, you need two or more equations. You have only given one. I don't know the entire question, so unfortunately I am unable to help you.
