The 6 in the first number mentioned is NOT greater (in effect) than the 3 in the second number mentioned (in its effect).
 
What is the purpose of the word especially in the submitted question?

This is just another example of an especially poorly worded question.  I have been with WyzAnt for only 2 years, and I have seen a big increase in poorly worded questions in just the last few months.  That is not a good trend.
