The time that this activity is done for is between 20-60 minutes.
Blech! Too wordy! How about, "This activity takes between 20 and 60 minutes to complete."
Begininners should start at 20 minutes and increase their time by 5 minutes each week until 60 minutes is reached. Experienced people should just start at 60 minutes.

The first word is misspelled.
It is not that beneficial to go over 60 minutes of contineous jogging because that puts our bodies over too much pressure and don’t have enough time to rebuild and adapt stress.
"Contineous" is misspelled. Use "under" instead of "over." "Don't have enough time" is not in correct sequence with its subject. That's like saying, "because that don't have enough time." You could say, "under too much pressure. They need more time to rebuild..."
"Adapt stress" means that one is trying to adapt the stress itself. Try "adapt to stress," as the body is trying to adapt itself to stress.
A rare disease called rhabdo is caused if we push ourselves too much over the limit.
This is passive voice, which writers should generally avoid. Try, "Pushing oneself over the limit causes a rare disease called rhabdomyolysis."

Missing period.
Since I have somewhat experience with jogging, I will start at 30 minutes each jogging session and build up my time by 5 minutes each week until I reach 60 minutes.

"Somewhat" is the wrong word here. You could say either "I have some experience" or "I am somewhat experienced." Most editors suggest avoiding single-digit numerals. Say "five minutes" instead of "5 minutes."
