t = distance / speed = circumference / speed = (21,000 miles) / (2,000 miles/hr) = 10.5 hrs

If rate = distance / time (or r=d/t), then t=d/r.

d = 2,100,021,000; r = 20,002,000. Plug them and solve for t.
