want the equation of the second line with slope of 2 to go through the point (3,0). Use y= mx +b , x=3 y=0 to find b.

                               0 = 2(3) +b

                               -6 =b

so the equation of the line is y= 2x-6. This line will intersect

2x-3y=6 , x=3.
